Delete your Kinbi account

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open Kinbi and sign in.
2. Select your name in the top right, then Your account.
3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@kinbi.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll action it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted

This cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account, name and email address
• every pet you own, and their schedules, notes, allergies and vet details
• uploaded documents and photos
• the care history for your own pets
• every share link you created — they stop working immediately
• your alert preferences and notification history

One thing stays, deliberately: if you have logged care against somebody else's pet, those entries remain in that owner's history. They are that owner's record of their own animal's care, not yours to remove. Your account is still deleted, and you no longer appear as a linked account anywhere.

If you run a team on Kinbi

An account that administers a team can't be deleted while that team still has staff or client accounts attached — deleting it would take their records with it. Remove them, or hand the team to someone else, and then delete your account.
